Clean-up is its own service here — booked, quoted, and billed on its own, not folded into mowing or any other job. It covers two separate services you can book individually: Roofing Clean-up and Yard Clean-up. Each one is walked, scoped, and priced on its own before we start.

Moss, needles and leaf build-up brushed and cleared off the roof, gutters and downspouts flushed, and every bit of debris bagged and hauled away. Booked and priced as its own job.
Yard Clean-up
Spring and fall cleanups, one-time overgrowth resets, storm debris and pre-sale tidy-ups: beds and lawns raked out, brush cut back, and all green waste loaded and hauled. Booked and priced as its own job.

Standalone Quote
A written price for the clean-up alone — its own job, not an add-on to anything else.
The Clean-up
Overgrowth cut back, roof and gutters cleared, beds and lawn raked out.
Haul-Away
Everything loaded and taken off site, then we walk the finished yard with you.
